Refunds are available up to 6 hours before your sauna session. For private bookings, a minimum of 8 hours’ notice is required.

By booking, you acknowledge that use of the sauna is at your own risk and agree to follow all safety instructions, guidelines, and etiquette to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
